Returns Policy

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products, as these differ between manufacturers. Please also know that computer monitors are calibrated differently, and colours, while they may be close, may not be 100% accurate. Print placement and size may differ slightly due to the printing and/or sewing process. If in doubt, do get in touch before ordering so I can help you with any questions you may have.

We offer full refunds, replacements or exchanges on products that are of inferior quality or damaged in shipping. A photo may be required to show us the defective product, and we would appreciate you contacting us within three days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We will replace the order and the cost of reshipping if:

  • Your order arrived damaged, misprinted or with a defect
  • You received an item other than the one on your receipt
  • Your item is lost in transit

We will replace the order and reship at your expense, if:

  • You provided a wrong or insufficient address
  • The package is unclaimed

For all return/exchange requests, please contact us within three days of receiving your order so we can let you what to do next. Please don't return items before contacting us!

Because our items are all handmade to order and sometimes individually customised, we're unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any other reason than those stated above. 

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get it sorted.

All sent packages are marked with the manufacturer's return address. If the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken etc), it will go to them, and they will contact us. Please don't return packages to the manufacturer - make sure to contact us first!

When the issue is shipping damage or a manufacturing defect and the flaws are obvious, we may ask you to supply photo proof instead of shipping your purchase to us. This will allow us to offer you an exchange or refund with a quicker turn around time.

Because every order is custom made, there is a small window for cancelling an order. Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know within one hour of ordering your item/s. Please send any questions you have about an item before you order it, so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
