I look after my friends and that includes you, my special customers. As with all retail websites, personal information is collected when processing your orders. This information is used to make your experience on this website as easy and enjoyable as possible. It’s needed to process your order, inform you of any delays or problems, and occasionally to send you special offers and promotions if you have given permission to do so.

HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Information is collected that you provide directly. This happens when you subscribe to my newsletter, make a purchase or request customer support.

When you purchase something from my shop, the personal information you provide is collected (such as your name, address and email address). When you browse my shop, your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address is automatically received, which provides information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system. I will never send you unsolicited emails.

Device information is automatically collected using the following technologies:

COOKIES: These are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie is set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

LOG INFORMATION: When you log in, several cookies are set up to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select ‘Remember Me,’ your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

When I talk about ‘Personal Information’ in this Privacy Policy, it means both Device information and Order information.

HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED
I only use the order information that is collected to fulfil any orders placed through the site, and to communicate with you.

The device information that is collected is used to screen orders for potential risk and fraud, and to improve my site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with it).

HOW YOU PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT
When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to my collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I’ll either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SHARED
I only share your information with vendors and other service providers (eg printers) who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on my behalf. That’s it!

Please note that I do not alter my site’s data collection, and use practices when I see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide this site with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
