A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT SHIPPING
Orders are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes. Please keep this in mind when supplying your shipping address.
Orders containing more than one item may sometimes be shipped at separate times, either because of packaging constraints or because they are coming from different suppliers. We’ll let you know when each part of your order has been shipped.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
We know everyone loves free shipping, especially when it's worldwide! We are happy to now offer free standard shipping, with tracking added to all international orders. For other shipping options, please contact us for more information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Every order is unique and custom printed, so please allow up to 10 business days for printing and processing before your order ships. Shipping times are then added to that, with speed and price depending on product type and destination. To give you a guideline for shipping times:

|CANADA||5-10 business days|
|WORLDWIDE||10-20 business days|
Please understand that these are just estimates and not guarantees, as shipping delays can happen due to reasons out of our control.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you'd like to order and you're in a country not on this list, please contact us. Please note we can’t guarantee your package will arrive by a certain date, as transit times vary wildly and it also depends on how long your item gets held in customs when it enters your country. International orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered, so please allow 3-4 weeks to be on the safe side! International deliveries are estimates and we won't be held responsible for customs hold ups and roadblocks that may occur.
TAX AND DUTIES
International shipments may incur fees such as extra duties, taxes and custom clearance. These are due on delivery and must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
It’s always a good idea to check with your local authority before you place your order, as each country has different guidelines. Sometimes only shipments worth more than a specific amount will be charged fees, so in some cases it might be best to order multiple items separately.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
Once your goodies have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe and you are concerned, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’ll gladly send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us as soon as you can, noting your order number. We’ll get onto it straight away.
